About the house

Via Canevali 10 is a gracious period home with a reception room, sitting room, formal dining room, three large double bedrooms, kitchen and scullery, two period bathrooms, two toilets, a downstairs summer kitchen and studio. The house covers three levels, accessed by an ornate stone staircase. It has been fully and sensitively restored with many antique furnishings, original frescos and unique design features of the era.

As well as its historical charm, the house is fully internet enabled with satellite access, WiFi and Smart television. We also have new appliances for washing and drying.

The house is conveniently located in the heart of the Lanzo village where you can step out each morning to buy your bread, local cheeses and meats for a perfect Italian breakfast – enjoying an espresso at any one of a number of cafes, alive with local people each morning.
